Welcome to the Roevana team! To ensure a high-quality launch and consistent content creation, we follow a strict milestone-based schedule. By joining this program, you agree to the following terms and delivery methods.

STEP 1: VIP PURCHASE & VERIFICATION

  1. Socials: Follow @roevana_official on Instagram and @roevana.official on Facebook.
  2. Secure Order: Use your unique VIP code provided via Instagram DM when checking out on our official store: https://roevana.com/products/roevana-pro-5d-laser-mask. 
  3. Personal VIP Code: Your code reduces the purchase price from $399.99 USD to $249.99 USD. This code is unique and linked to the email address provided during our DM selection.
  4. Verification: This step guarantees your Verified Buyer status, allowing your review to appear with a trusted badge on our site.

STEP 2: UNBOXING UGC PHASE (MAX 72H AFTER DELIVERY) — $50 USD REWARD

Once your package is delivered, you have a maximum of 3 days to complete the following:

  • On-Site Review: Post a detailed written review (50+ words) with 3 high-quality photos (unboxing and wearing the mask).
  • Unboxing UGC Video: Record an aesthetic video showing the premium packaging and the mask's flexibility.
  • Delivery: Share the unboxing video file via a Google Drive link to hello@roevana.com.
  • Payment: Once verified, we will issue a $50 partial refund via PayPal within 48 hours.

STEP 3: PERFORMANCE UGC PHASE (DAY 7 AFTER DELIVERY) — $50 USD REWARD

After one week of consistent use, you will provide the core content for our campaigns:

  • Technical UGC Video: The mask in action, showcasing the advanced Vcsel Laser light modes and how to use the device.
  • UGC Testimonial: A face-camera video explaining your results and why you recommend Roevana to your followers.
  • Delivery: Share the raw 4K files via Google Drive link to hello@roevana.com.
  • Final Payment: Upon receipt and approval of the high-quality files, we will issue the final $50 partial refund via PayPal.

Total net cost for you: $149.99 USD (Total Value: $399.99 USD).

UGC QUALITY STANDARDS (MANDATORY)

  • Lighting: Content must be filmed in bright, natural light (avoid yellow indoor lighting).
  • Video Quality: All videos must be submitted in 4K resolution (iPhone 12 or higher recommended).
  • Authenticity: We value real, enthusiastic creator voices. Speak clearly and focus on the premium feel of the tech.
  • Usage Rights: By submitting your UGC, you grant Roevana full rights to use the content for advertising, social media, and product page displays.

RIGIDITY & SECURITY RULES

  • Step 2 Deadline (72h): If the Unboxing UGC and site review are not submitted within 72 hours of delivery, the first $50 reward is forfeited.
  • Step 3 Deadline (10 Days): If the Technical and Testimonial UGC are not received by the 10th day after delivery, the final $50 reward is forfeited.
  • Cumulative Forfeiture: Completion of Step 2 is a prerequisite for Step 3. Failure to complete Step 2 on time may result in immediate removal from the program and the forfeiture of all remaining rewards ($100 total).
  • Revisions: If the lighting or audio quality does not meet our brand standards, we may ask for a re-shoot before unlocking funds.
  • Security: Any bank chargeback or Shopify return request will immediately void all PayPal rewards and ambassador status.

PAYMENT PROTOCOL

  • PayPal (Recommended): We strongly recommend using PayPal for your purchase. This allows us to issue a "Linked Partial Refund" directly to your account. These refunds are typically processed instantly by PayPal, avoiding any verification delays.
  • Paying by Credit Card: If you pay by credit card, we will ask for your PayPal email once your UGC deliverables are approved. Please note that manual PayPal transfers (payouts) are often subject to a 21-day security hold by PayPal for verification. To ensure you receive your rewards immediately, using PayPal at checkout is the best option.
  • Confirmation: Once the purchase is made, send a screenshot of the receipt to our Instagram DM showing your name, email, and delivery address. This allows us to link your order to your ambassador profile.

SHIPPING & LOGISTICS

  • Tracking: Once the mask is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Timeline: Orders typically arrive within 7-9 business days.
  • Arrival Notification: As soon as the package arrives, please send us a photo of the box. This officially starts the 72-hour countdown for your Phase 1 Unboxing UGC and site review.
