At Rovana Beauty, your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience any issue with your order, we’re here to help and will always do our best to make it right.
📦 Returns – 30-Day Policy
Due to the nature of our products and international fulfillment, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective
- You received the wrong item
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Photo or video evidence must be provided

Important: Do not return items without prior approval. Returns sent without authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
❗ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund (no return required in most cases)
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items returned after 30 days
- Gift cards or promotional items
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item qualifies due to a defect or error, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
For other cases, a new order must be placed.
💳 Refunds
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
Please note:
- Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
🛑 Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly after purchase.
- Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled
📍 Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Approved returns may require shipping to an international fulfillment center
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
