The Roevana mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Roevana (“Roevana”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”).
We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features at any time without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
📩 SMS Consent & Program Description
By consenting to Roevana's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Roevana through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided — even if your number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list.
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technologies.
Messages may include:

Service-related messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, account alerts)

Promotional messages (exclusive offers, product launches, special promotions, cart reminders)
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase, and participation in the program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service. However, message and data rates may apply, and you are responsible for any fees imposed by your wireless provider.

If you are subscribed to multiple Roevana SMS programs, you may need to opt out of each program separately.

🔄 Changes to Numbers or Short Codes
We may change any telephone number or short code used to operate the Service at any time. We will notify you of such changes where required.

📡 Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to provide a valid mobile number. If your number changes, you must re-enroll in the Service with your new number.
